The number of active high-risk cases of COVID-19 in Hastings Prince Edward remains about the same as it was last week, as do hospitalizations.
However, Hastings Prince Edward Public Health is reporting another COVID death.
In Tuesday’s weekly update, the Public Health dashboard shows there have been 64 deaths since the start of the pandemic, an increase of one.
There are 111 active cases, up five from last week.
Nine people are in hospital with no one in intensive care.
Last Tuesday’s report showed nine people hospitalized with three in the ICU.
Oubreaks in high-risk settings dropped one, to six.
Fourth dose boosters continue to be popular as 2,265 shots were delivered last week.
There have been 28,756 fourth doses given out.
