There was a serious crash Friday morning on the 401 in the west portion of our listening area.
Emergency crews were called to the eastbound lanes near Colborne just before 6:00 a.m.
A caller to Quinte News says a tractor trailer was severely damaged and is blocking one lane near the Percy Street exit at the Big Apple.
Emergency crews are on the scene and traffic is able to get around the crash.
