Freezing rain and rain is expected.
Hazards:
Ice accretion is possible due to do freezing rain.
Periods of heavy rain.
The frozen ground has a reduced ability to absorb this rainfall.
Timing:
Monday night continuing through to Tuesday night.
Discussion:
Patchy freezing rain or rain is expected to begin Monday night and persist into Tuesday. Freezing rain is expected to transition to rain during the day, however, there remains uncertainty as to exactly when the transition will occur.
Rain is expected to come to an end Tuesday night.
