Prince Edward County OPP are now offering the CAMSafe program.
Created by the Belleville Police Service last summer, CAMSafe allows residents to voluntarily register
their home security cameras with the police to help them solve crimes in the neighbourhood the cameras are registered in.
Residents can add or delete any information as they see fit and police only ask for the most basic of personal information during registration.
