All school buses running in our listening area, those serving Hastings, Prince Edward, and Lennox and Addington counties, and those running in Northumberland County have been cancelled.
Meanwhile, the Hastings Prince Edward and Algonquin Lakeshore Catholic school boards are also keeping schools closed today.
Schools will be open in Northumberland County.
Daycare services offered by the Military Family Resource Centre are cancelled today.
The practice of Orthodontist Dr. Julianne Peterson will be closed today.
Gleaners Food Bank in Belleville is closed today.
Trenton Care and Share Food Bank is closed today.
Belleville Transit is not running its buses until road conditions improve
Due inclement weather, recycling collection has been cancelled for Monday, January 17, 2022.
The following routes that had regular collection today that have been affected are:

• Hungerford Depot/Tweed
• Limerick Depot
• Madoc Township (Blue Week)
• Marmora & Lake
• North Marysburgh
• South Marysburgh
• Stirling – Rawdon (Burgundy Week)
• Tyendinaga Township (Zone 1 & 2)
• Wollaston Depot
All residents living in the above listed areas are asked to put their properly sorted recycling at the
curb on Saturday, January 22 by 7 a.m.
