If Northumberland County council gives its approval an abandoned church could have a new life.
According to Today’s Northumberland the county’s Economic Development, Tourism, and Planning Committee is recommending that county council approve a rezoning to allow the former Colborne United Church to be converted into condominium units.
The owner has plans to create 16 condo units.
