Quinte West OPP say they’ve caught the person responsible for vandalizing the Fraser Park Christmas light display in Quinte West Wednesday.
According to police they received multiple calls Wednesday morning regarding vandalism to the light display.
At approximately 10:40 a.m., police located and arrested a suspect in a wooded area off Dufferin Avenue and confirmed he was responsible for the vandalism.
As a result 35-year-old Carl Lambert of Quinte West is facing charges of mischief, failure to comply with probation and public intoxication.
The accused was held in custody and will appear in court Thursday.
