A public meeting will be held Monday on a rezoning of residential property in west end Belleville to allow a commercial enterprise that already exists.
The owner of a home at 57 Octavia has had eight coin-operated vending machines under a wooden structure at the side of the house for some time.
The property is currently subject to a by-law enforcement order for not complying with the zoning by-law and having a structure without a building permit.
The application asks for rezoning to allow for 10 vending machines. There have been no comments from the public.
Belleville’s Planning Advisory Committee meets virtually at 5:30.
