City council will make the final decision but Belleville’s Planning Advisory Committee is recommending that rezoning of land in the west end be approved to allow the construction of a condominium building.
The property is located at 421 Dundas Street West in the area of Wright Avenue.
If approved, the developers would build a condo building with four storeys plus a stepped back fifth storey holding 30 residential units.
