A Quinte West man faces impaired driving charges after a concerned citizen called the Belleville Police Service Wednesday night.
Around 8:30, police were called by a driver who’d been following a vehicle on Dundas Street West.
The vehicle was said to be weaving all over the road and a beer bottle had been tossed onto the highway.
Officers caught up to the vehicle and charged 23-year-old Josh Cooney.
He appears in court December 9.
