Belleville police responded to 51 calls for service between 5 a.m. on October 24, 2021 and 5 a.m. on October 25, 2021.
Theft
On October 24, 2021 at 1:36 p.m., police attended a job site on Bell Blvd in regards to a theft. Sometime overnight an unknown suspect entered a locked area and removed a Stihl gas saw and a Milwaukee battery charger. The investigation is continuing.
Driving Complaint
On October 24, 2021 at 4:11 p.m., police attended in the area of Octavia between Bridge and Catherine St. in regards to loud dirt bikes. Police located the drivers and stopped them The operators were cautioned in regards to riding dirt bikes in the area. The drivers were cooperative and no further action was required.
