A young Brighton man was killed Thursday night in a two-vehicle collision.
The accident occurred in the area of Telephone and Middle Ridge Roads in Brighton just before 10 p.m.
Jessie Minnie, 18 years of age, was pronounced dead in hospital.
An investigation continues and a stretch of road in the area of the collision remains closed.
Northumberland OPP are asking for witnesses or anyone with information to contact them.
