Belleville police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a suspect after a car hit a house on Finch Avenue at 2 a.m. Friday.
Police say a person got out of the car and ran away after the collision.
Police say the collision could have been the result of a disagreement at a North Front Street bar with those involved chasing each other in vehicles causing one of them to lose control and hit the house.
No one was injured but there was substantial damage to the house. Contact Constable Stein at the Belleville Police Service with any information.
