A man was injured in a construction site accident in Prince Edward County Tuesday morning.
Around 8 o’clock Hastings-Quinte paramedics, along with Prince Edward County OPP and firefighters responded to the area of Loyalist Parkway and Partridge Hollow Road south of Consecon.
Reports indicate a man at a construction site was hit by a piece of equipment weighing approximately 500 pounds.
He was taken to hospital and Ornge air ambulance was notified.
