A heads up for swimmers in Belleville. The city’s Kinsmen Community Outdoor Pool is set to close for the season on Monday, September 6.
That’s the last day to take a dip in the outdoor pool until it opens in June of next year.
The city says more than 8,000 people were able to safely enjoy the pool this summer with COVID-19 protocols in place.
The good news is that as of Tuesday, September 7, the Templeman Aquatic Centre Pool at the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre will open for use again, with swimming lessons, Aquafit and recreational swimming all available.
