Bizarre driving and behaviour has led to charges against a Belleville woman.
Belleville police received reports about someone acting strangely at a Sidney Street plaza parking
lot around 9:30 Monday night.
Officers responded and observed a woman driving back and forth to different spots in the lot and watched as she got out of her vehicle and did some dancing.
Oksana Evseeva, 42, was arrested and charged with driving while impaired by alcohol and drugs.
She appears in court September 9.
