It was a tough night for three people on all terrain vehicles and emergency responders in the bush well north of Marmora.
At 2:05 a.m. Tuesday, Marmora firefighters, OPP, and Hastings-Quinte paramedics were called out after reports of an ATV rollover on a nearly impassable trail off the Heritage Trail in the area of Centreline and Malone roads in Marmora and Lake.
There were three ATVs involved but just one rolled and the driver suffered rib injuries.
Responders had to use ATVs to get near the crash site and had to walk in to help the patient in a two-hour search.
