There is some bad news for anyone looking for a last minute trip to the beach.
Sandbanks Provincial Park announced earlier this weekend that it has already reached capacity for day use for today.
Anyone who hasn’t obtained a valid permit in advance will be denied entry.
Even with the pandemic in full effect, Sandbanks welcomed more than 800,000 visitors to the park in 2020, making it one of the busiest provincial parks in Ontario.
