A Madoc man has been charged after someone was struck by a firework in Cobourg.
Cobourg Police say one person was injured when they were struck by a spent firework on Saturday evening.
Investigation led to the arrest of 29-year-old Troy Pearson.
He’s charged with criminal negligence causing bodily harm.
