On July 2, 2021 at approximately 4:15 p.m., members of the Central Hastings OPP were dispatched to a third party complaint of a domestic dispute in progress in the Municipality of Marmora & Lake.
As a result of the investigation, a 38-year-old male from Kingston was arrested and charged with:
• Assault
• Assault with a Weapon
The male was held for bail and remanded into custody with a next appearance scheduled on July 5, 2021 in the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville ON.
