A Belleville woman who was wanted by police in relation to a fatal incident at Meyers Pier early Monday morning has turned herself in.
According to Belleville Police 36-year-old Stephanie Osborne turned herself in Friday afternoon.
Osborne was wanted on outstanding charges stemming from an incident Monday morning when a vehicle plunged into they Bay of Quinte at Meyers Pier.
A man, 63-year-old Lawrence Tilander of Belleville, was killed in the incident.
Osborne was charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle causing death and will have a show of cause hearing Saturday.
