A new condominium development is being proposed for Cloverleaf Drive in urban Belleville’s north end.
The city’s Planning Advisory Committee will hold a public meeting on a plan to build 31 condominiums in the form of seven blocks of townhouses on Monday afternoon.
The proposed development would be located on Cloverleaf Drive beside Boyd Park.
No decision will be made on the application but a staff recommendation will come back to committee at a future date.
