The newest entry into the Canadian Junior Football league has signed its first player.
The Quinte Skyhawks have landed defensive back Jacoby Dillon from Eastside Secondary School.
The 6’2″ 175 pound Dillon has been a member of the Skyhawks orgainzation for a number of years.
The Skyhawks are due to begin play in the CJFL against opponents from the Ontario Football Conference this fall.
The Skyhawks had earlier announced that Warren Goldie will be the head coach.
The CJFL is for players aged 18-22.
