We’ve been waking up to very chilly May mornings of late.
Sunday morning, the mercury got down as low as plus 2.4 degrees celsius.
However that wasn’t as cold as the coldest May 30 morning in the Quinte region which occurred 56 years ago.
On May 30 of 1965 the low dropped to 1.1 degrees.
