A Napanee man is facing charges after a single vehicle crash on McCutcheon Road in Greater Napanee.
It happened last Sunday around 9:30 a.m., when police say the driver lost controlled and rolled his vehicle into a ditch.
Lennox and Addington OPP say the driver was showing signs of impairment and was taken to the detachment to be tested by a Drug Recognition Expert officer, but refused.
Twenty-six-year-old Tyson Stevenson has been charged with impaired driving and refusing to comply with a demand.
He was released with conditions and given a court date on May 25, in Napanee.
He also had his licence suspended for 90 days and his vehicle impounded for a week.
