Hopefully you didn’t put the snow shovel away.
We’ve got a bit of nasty weather news. We can expect some wet snow to start tonight (Tuesday).
Our meteorologist Kevin Williams says heavier accumulations of the white stuff are expected to stay south of the lake.
“We do expect some wet slushy accumulations tonight and into tomorrow, probably about 4 to 8 centimetres. The focus will be on the grass as the road surfaces will be mainly just wet but that does not preclude a little slippery travel during the commute tomorrow morning.”
Temperatures will hover around the freezing mark overnight with highs of plus 3 tomorrow (Wednesday).
