Emergency crews are on the scene of a single-vehicle crash on the westbound Highway 401 on Wednesday.
It happened just after 11:30 a.m., not too far west of the Trenton OnRoute.
Quinte West firefighters, OPP and Hastings Quinte Paramedics were all called to the scene, with a pregnant woman, a man and a child all taken to hospital to be evaluated.
Fire Chief John Whelan says fuel is leaking onto the roadway, so crews are working to contain that spill and are expected to be on the scene until about 1:00 p.m.
Drivers headed west on Highway 401 should be aware that one lane is closed, just past the Trenton OnRoute, for about an hour or so.
