Brighton council has given final approvals allowing two commercial/industrial projects to get underway.
Council approved a site plan agreement with Steve Crowe Excavating to build a 3,000 square foot building for vehicle and equipment storage along with a contractor’s yard on Sharp Road in the Brighton Industrial Park.
And, a site plan was approved with a numbered company allowing an existing almost 42,000 square foot building on Butler Street to be updated and used as a truss construction facility and retail contractor yard.
