Members of Belleville’s Planning Advisory Committee have concerns about a proposed five-storey condominium building for the south side of Dundas Street West in the area of Avondale Road.
The plan is to have 35 residential units in the building along with a total of 39 parking places, both underground and on surface.
Several members of the planning committee thought the property was too small for that large a building and worried there wasn’t enough parking for visitors which could cause people to park off the property and create safety issues.
Planning staff will bring a recommendation on the application back to a future meeting of the Planning Advisory Committee for a decision.
