The provincial government is expanding its COVID-19 vaccination rollout in some parts of the province, effective today.
In 11 health unit regions, including Kingston, Frontenac and Lennox and Addington, people 70 years old or older will be able to make a vaccination appointment through the provincial online booking system or call centre.
In other health unit regions, including those encompassing Hastings, Prince Edward, and Northumberland counties, appointments are being accepted for those 75 and older only.
