On March 19, 2021 at 12:45 p.m., police responded to a business on Millennium Parkway regarding a shoplifting incident. On arrival, police conducted an investigation that revealed a male suspect took property, a value of less than $5000, leaving the business with no attempt to pay for the items. The Belleville male was identified as 31-year-old Nick McMath. Mr. McMath was arrested for Theft Under $5000 and transported to the Belleville Police Service where he was released on an Undertaking. He was given a court date of April 22, 2021 to face the charge.
