Two local men have been charged after some incidents of mischief in Prince Edward County early this morning.
County OPP were called around 1:00 a.m. to reports of suspicious people looking through cars on Curtis Street in Picton and responded to also find that a port-a-potty on a construction site had been tipped over.
The suspects were found in a backyard and arrested, with police saying one of them allegedly damaged a holding cell as well.
Twenty-one-year-old Edward Banting of Belleville and 19-year-old Drake Seed of Prince Edward County were both charged with trespassing at night and mischief.
They were both released with court dates on April 21, 2021 in Picton.
