A woman was hit by a dump truck just north of Colborne Wednesday.
OPP report the 30-year-old mother was with a baby and toddler at the intersection of Orchard Road and Percy Street when she was struck by the truck at around 4 o’clock in the afternoon.
The mother was airlifted to a Toronto trauma centre with serious leg injuries while the 4-month-old baby was treated by paramedics for very minor injuries.
The intersection was closed for several hours as police investigated.
No charges have yet been laid.
