Public Intoxication Charge
On March 11, 2021 at 2:03 a.m., police responded to the area of Casey Rd. regarding a family disturbance where a male was threatening to damage property within the residence. Police attended the area and located an intoxicated 36-year-old Belleville male within the driveway of the residence who was causing the disturbance. He was arrested for being intoxicated in a public place and transported to the Belleville Police Service. He was issued a Provincial Offences Notice for Being Intoxicated in a Public Place under the Liquor Licence Act and will be released when sober.
