A transport truck driver has been charged after being seen driving along Highway 401 in Quinte West with a blown tire.
OPP say debris from the the tire damaged at least two other vehicles and the truck continued to drive for close to nine kilometres before it eventually stopped.
The driver has been charged with driving a commercial motor vehicle with a major defect, under the Highway Traffic Act.
