The Belleville Police responded to 59 calls for service between 5 a.m. on March 6, 2021 and 5 a.m. on March 7, 2021.
Domestic Assault
On March 6, 2021 at 10:00 p.m., police responded to an address on Pine St. in regards to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, officers spoke to a female who reported that her partner had assaulted her and broken her cell phone. She did not suffer serious injury. A 30 year old Belleville male was arrested and charged with assault and mischief. He was held for a video remand on March 7, 2021.
