Hastings Prince Edward Public Health is reporting four new cases of COVID-19 today, including an outbreak at a workplace in Centre Hastings.
No other information on the outbreak has been released, other than the fact that two cases in total have been connected there.
Of the new cases reported today, one is outbreak-related, with one case transmitted through close contact and the transmission cause of the other two cases pending.There have also been three recoveries since yesterday’s report, leaving the number of active cases in HPE at 15.
In Northumberland County, the HKPR Health Unit is reporting two new cases and one recovery, for an active total of 21.
