There were a couple of notable calls for service to Belleville Police over the last 24 hours, mixed into the total of 74 that the department received.
Officers responded to complaints about a man breaking a glass door at a building on Dundas Street East, around 10:00 last night and arrested a 41-year-old man with no fixed address.
He was charged with break and enter, obstructing police and breaching probation.
Then about 10 minutes later, officers were called to a business on Millennium Parkway where a man had been asked to leave a local business because staff say he was causing problems.
Officers arrived to speak with the man and helped make arrangements for him to leave the area.
No charges were laid.
