Quinte West council will decide on zoning issues tomorrow (Tuesday) night that would eventually lead to new housing being built in the city.
At its regular meeting, council will be asked to sign off on a subdivision agreement allowing six new homes to be built where the Bay of Quinte Golf club’s clubhouse used to stand along the bayshore on Old Highway 2.
Council could also approve zoning changes paving the way for the construction of 16 new homes near 255 Huffman Road just northwest of Frankford.
Quinte West council’s virtual meeting begins at 6:30 tomorrow night.
