Quinte West council will discuss parking at its regular meeting tomorrow (Tuesday) night.
Council might reinstitute paid parking at meters and in municipal lots now that the COVID-19 lockdown has been lifted.
However, staff has presented two other options for council to consider.
One would see parking remain free until the pandemic is officially declared over.
Another would be that council give staff the power to automatically offer free parking any time the province issues restrictions that would force the closure of most businesses.
