Wednesday is day number one of the return of somewhat normalcy, when it comes to shopping in the Bay of Quinte area.
Stores and restaurants are back open, but there are some rules.
Belleville Mayor Mitch Panciuk was on the Lorne Brooker Show to go over the rules about whether or not a patron is under a stay-at-home order.
“If the answer is no, no problem. If the answer is yes, then we have to ask you if you are travelling for essential reasons. If that answer is no, you can use takeout, delivery, or curbside pickup, but you will not be able to dine in. Same at hair salons. Typically these areas where you have prolonged contact, or you can take your mask off. Those are the areas Dr (Piotr) Oglaza issued this special order for.”
