Five more people were charged in Project Renewal drug investigations Wednesday in the region.
Project Renewal officers conducted a traffic stop on Highway 401 in Quinte West, arresting three males in their 20s from the GTA.
Just under 21 grams of cocaine with a street value of $2,500 and more than $1,100 cash were seized.

Christopher Malcolm, a 24-year-old male Oshawa, Ontario resident was charged with:
Malcolm was released on an undertaking with a court date of March 8, 2021.
Ryan Fox, a 20-year-old male Scarborough, Ontario resident was charged with:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance (cocaine) for the Purpose of Trafficking
- Proceeds of Crime

Jevontea Graham, a 22-year-old male Scarborough, Ontario resident was charged with:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance (cocaine) for the Purpose of Trafficking
- Proceeds of Crime
Graham was released on an undertaking with a court date of March 8, 2021.
Police conducted a second vehicle stop near downtown Belleville and then executed a search warrant at an east end Belleville address resulting in the arrests of two local people.
Just under 20 grams of green Fentanyl worth $5,900, 3.5 grams of Methamphetamine with a street value of $350, 3.2 grams of cocaine worth $350, $310 cash and a taser were seized.

David Bellerive, a 27-year-old male Belleville, Ontario resident was charged with:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine) for the Purpose of Trafficking
- Possession of a Controlled Substance (Crystal Methamphetamine) for the Purpose of Trafficking
- Possession of a Controlled Substance (Fentanyl) for the Purpose of Trafficking
Bellerive was held for a bail hearing on February 4, 2021.
Project Renewal is a joint police services initiative focused on the sale of cocaine in the City of Belleville.
