Recoveries outpaced new COVID-19 cases in Hastings Prince Edward today.
The HPE Public Health Dashboard shows seven new cases today and 10 recoveries, for a total of 33 active.
Belleville, Quinte West and North Hastings account for two each of the new cases, with one in Prince Edward County.
The seven day case rate per 100,000 is down slightly to 22, which would keep the area in the yellow zone of Ontario’s COVID-19 response framework, if the whole province wasn’t locked down.
Meanwhile in Northumberland County, the HKPR Health Unit Dashboard shows seven new cases today and three recoveries, for a total of 41 active.
