UPDATE: After the publication of the below story the temperature warmed up a bit. When all was said the done the mercury climbed to a record 19.9 degrees Celsius.
Tuesday was the hottest November 10 in 45 years.
According to data from Environment Canada, the daytime high got up to about 19.2 degrees Celsius Tuesday, surpassing the previous high for the day of 17.8 degrees Celsius, back in 1975.
The high for Monday was also near a record, at just over 18 degrees Celsius, with the previous warmest November 9 on record dating all the way back to 1938.
