COVID-19 has some people more frightened than others.
Belleville police had to respond to a north end grocery store at 11 o’clock yesterday (Sunday) morning after reports a man had hit an employee with his cane.
Apparently the 61-year-old Belleville man was upset because he believed the employee was within six feet of him.
Police stopped the man in the store parking lot where he was given a trespass notice.
There were no injuries.
