A man well known to Belleville Police was arrested Friday for breaching his conditions.
On September 26, the investigation began into the suspect, and a warrant was sought for his arrest.
Officers located the individial around 9:00 a.m. in a north end Belleville parking lot.
Twenty-three-year-old Steven Seaborn was charged.
Seaborn was also charged in May related to an arson investigation.
A suspect threw a flammable substance onto a porch causing a fire at a west end Belleville home.
Seaborn was then charged with arson, and having an improvised explosive device.
