Quinte West’s Planning Advisory Committee has recommended council approve allowing the construction of 25 new single family homes as part of a large housing development near Carrying Place.
If given final approval, the project would be Phase 2A of the 306 lot Prince Edward Estates development at Weller’s Bay.
The development was originally known as Young’s Cove.
So far, 92 homes have been approved for sale and occupation.
Meanwhile, the planning committee also recommended council approve a subdivision agreement off of Fraser Drive in Batawa consisting of 41 single family homes.
