On August 5, 2020 at approximately 11:00 a.m., officers from the Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended the LCBO for reports of a male party that had removed product from the store without paying for it. After completing an investigation officers were able to locate and arrest the involved individual.
Dillon Kerr, age 29 from Quinte West was charged with:
- Theft under $5000 – shoplifting
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order
The accused was released on a Promise to Appear with a court date of September 24, 2020 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville.
