A man jumped off the Wolfe Islander III Ferry early last evening (Monday) as it was sailing between Kingston and Wolfe Island.
The man, described as in his 30s, and 6 feet tall with a tattoo on his face, jumped overboard just after 7 o’clock.
A search involving the OPP, Canadian Coast Guard, local firefighters, civilian boaters, and a helicopter from 8 Wing Trenton’s 424 Squadron was unsuccessful and was called off before midnight.
