A police chase that began in Belleville ended overnight in Napanee, with the arrest of three city residents.
At 11:55 p.m. Friday, city officers attempted to stop a car on Dundas Street East.
Officers recognized the driver as being out on a warrant.
The vehicle fled toward Tyendinaga where officers with the OPP and Tyendinaga Police deployed a spike belt at Highway 49.
The vehicle limped to Napanee, and was stopped at Palace Road.
Twenty-six-year-old Victorya Ladouceur, 28-year-old Cody Laird, and 35-year old Justin McMahon all from Belleville were arrested. Charges are below

Justin MCMAHON, 35-yrs old of Belleville
- Possession of a Schedule 1 substance: cocaine
- Failing to comply with an Undertaking
Victorya LADOUCEUR, 26-yrs old of Belleville
- Six counts of failing to comply with a release order
- Dangerous Driving
- Flight from police
- Possession of a Schedule 1 substance: cocaine
All three accused parties were held for bail hearings.
The incident is still under investigation and further information may be released at a later date.
